Recipe By: The Charlotte Weekly
Ingredients:
8 slices of bread
cinnamon
sugar
butter
aluminum foil
Directions:
1. Using you bread slices as a guide; cut out a ghost shape from the foil. (If you cut out more than one ghost shape you can toast more than one slice of bread at a time.)
2. Butter and sugar each slice of bread on one side. (It is important to do these steps BEFORE you toast the bread. If you do it afterward it will lessen the clean lines of your ghost and spread darker bits of cinnamon where you want it to be white.)
3. Place the foil cut-outs on the buttered and sugared side of bread and cook in a toaster oven. (If you don't have a toaster oven you can also place the slices on a baking sheet and slip under a preheated broiler for about two or three minutes.)
4. Once the bread is golden brown remove from toaster oven.
5. BEFORE removing the foil, sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
6. Remove foil and enjoy.
wow who would of thought...what a cute idea!
